ZINC OXIDE
We produce zinc oxide that is used in production processes in different sectors, which are mainly: vulcanization of caoutchouc, ceramics and enamel manufactures, paints and chemical industry. The quality and the composition of the oxide changes in accordance with the sector of activity and the requirements of the customer. AGALSA also produces zinc for secondary melting ¿?? and zinc alloys that are mainly used in the galvanization industry.

THE LABORATORY

Our laboratory is equiped with the last technology available on the market, as the atomic absortion??. Every phase of the manufacturing process is strictly controlled:

- The purity of the raw materials.
- Production procedures checking.
- Quality control, end-product checking .

ZINC FOR SECONDARY MELTING
The production of zinc oxide is made in two different and independent manufacturing units. The parameters can be easily changed to fit the requirements of the customer. The zinc we use for the zinc oxide comes from our galvanization plants.

ENVIRONMENT
Due to our environmental policy, we have the most advanced filtering systems for gas emission.

MAXIMUM OF QUALITY
Our packing system is completely automatic and air-sealed which stops a loss of particles of oxide, insuring that the best quality.
